1. SMS MESSAGING TERMS
1.1 Program Description
Credit Line Capital Group (“CCG,” “we,” “us”) sends SMS follow-up messages to business owners and authorized representatives who have previously submitted a funding inquiry via our website or signed a commercial funding application. Messages are strictly related to your existing inquiry and may include:
- Application status updates and documentation requests
- Scheduling follow-up calls with your assigned CCG representative
- Responses to your inbound replies
Messages are sent during normal business hours. All outbound messages are personally managed by CCG sales representatives.
1.2 Consent & Opt-In
By checking the optional SMS consent box on our commercial funding application, you expressly consent to receive follow-up text messages from Credit Line Capital Group at the number provided. Simply providing your phone number does not enroll you in text messaging. Consent is given only by checking that box, which is optional and is not pre-selected. You agree that messages may be generated using automated systems, automatic telephone dialing systems, or other technology.
CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE, FUNDING APPROVAL, OR ANY SERVICE. You may still inquire about or obtain funding without consenting to SMS messages.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) the mobile number provided is a business contact number associated with your commercial enterprise; and (c) you are the authorized owner, subscriber, or officer of the business referenced in your inquiry/application. You agree to notify CCG immediately if you change, disconnect, or transfer your mobile phone number.
1.3 NO THIRD-PARTY SHARING OF MOBILE OPT-IN DATA
Your mobile opt-in consent and phone number are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party, affiliate, partner, or lead aggregator for marketing or promotional purposes.
Notwithstanding any broader authorization contained in our funding application or Privacy Policy regarding the sharing of business/financial information for underwriting purposes, SMSopt-in data is ring-fenced exclusively for direct communication between you and Credit Line Capital Group.
1.4 Message Frequency & Rates
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may be charged. Credit Line Capital Group does not charge additional SMS fees. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
1.5 Opt-Out & Help
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe. One-time confirmation sent; no further SMS.
- Reply START to resubscribe after opting out.
- Reply HELP or contact 516-464-2010 / info@creditlinecapitalgroup.com for assistance.
Opting out of SMS does not withdraw consent for other communication related to your active funding inquiry. To fully revoke all contact, email info@creditlinecapitalgroup.com with subject “FULL COMMUNICATION REVOCATION.”
1.6 Financial Services Disclaimer (SMS)
SMS messages are for informational/follow-up purposes only and do not constitute an advance offer, credit commitment, or guarantee of funding. All products are subject to independent underwriting and separate written agreements. No SMS terms are binding until executed in a formal contract.
